We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Addison, Texas. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in managing payroll operations for a multi-state workforce while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Job Responsibility:
Manage payroll processes for a large workforce spanning multiple states, ensuring timely and accurate payments
Validate and review payroll data, including hours worked, deductions, and commissions, for accuracy
Ensure compliance with all applicable wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and company policies
Maintain detailed payroll records and generate reports for leadership and accounting purposes
Address employee questions related to payroll matters with professionalism and precision
Identify and implement improvements to payroll procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll systems and operations
Requirements:
Minimum of three years of payroll experience, ideally in a multi-state setting
Comprehensive understanding of payroll laws and regulations
Proficiency in payroll software systems and Microsoft Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Self-motivated and adaptable, with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
Nice to have:
Experience with Paycor is advantageous
Certification in payroll-related fields is a plus but not required
