We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. In this contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations through effective payroll management, administrative support, and organizational coordination. Job Responsibility

  • Process full-cycle payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Manage payroll operations for teams ranging in size from 101 to 500 employees
  • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to maintain employee records and execute payroll tasks efficiently
  • Validate purchase orders and assist with high-volume invoicing and expense reporting
  • Organize and maintain documentation and filing systems for administrative purposes
  • Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and provide executive-level support
  • Handle customer and vendor onboarding processes, including verifying necessary documentation
  • Distribute mail, verify cash transactions, and manage vehicle registrations
  • Monitor office supplies and breakroom inventory, ensuring timely replenishment
  • Provide general administrative assistance and support across multiple teams as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing, including multi-state payroll
