We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to oversee payroll and attendance operations in our organization. This role involves managing payroll for a multi-state workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all payroll functions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle payroll and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now.
Job Responsibility:
Process payroll for a workforce of over 1,100 employees across 32 states, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Maintain accurate employee attendance records and integrate them with payroll data
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payroll submissions
Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll operations efficiently
Conduct audits to verify payroll accuracy and identify areas for improvement
Handle multi-state payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and attendance issues in a timely and attentive manner
Develop and implement procedures to streamline payroll processes and improve accuracy
Generate detailed payroll reports for management and assist with financial planning
Stay current with changes in payroll laws and regulations to maintain compliance
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration
Proficiency in full-cycle payroll processes and multi-state payroll management
Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and other payroll systems
Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations at local, state, and federal levels
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll data
Strong communication skills to address employee concerns and coordinate with internal departments
