Requirements:
2+ years of payroll administration experience, with a focus on full-cycle processing
Strong working knowledge of payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, or similar platforms)
Understanding of state and federal wage laws and tax regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
