Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Bogota, New Jersey. This Contract-to-permanent role requires expertise in managing payroll processes for a workforce of 101-500 employees across multiple states. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in payroll systems like ADP Workforce Now.

Job Responsibility:

Process full-cycle payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
Manage payroll for a workforce of 101-500 employees, addressing any discrepancies or concerns promptly
Utilize ADP Workforce Now to execute payroll tasks efficiently, including data entry and system updates
Verify employee time records, deductions, and benefits contributions to ensure precise calculations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws to ensure compliance
Handle payroll reporting and audits, preparing documentation as needed
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits in a timely manner
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related issues and improve processes
Generate and distribute W-2 forms and other tax-related documents
Identify areas for improvement in payroll operations and propose solutions

Requirements:

Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing for multi-state operations
Familiarity with payroll systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to manage payroll for 101-500 employees with accuracy and efficiency
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in handling payroll audits and generating reports
Effective communication skills to address payroll-related inquiries
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
