Our client in Windsor, CT is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator for a contract-to-permanent opportunity. If you are experienced with ADP Workforce Now and have a strong background in payroll and HRIS systems, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and company policies
Coordinate payroll schedules, audit reports, and respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits
Support HRIS implementations, system integrations, or payroll system transitions
Collaborate with HR and finance colleagues to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure data integrity across systems
Assist with audits and generate necessary payroll reports as requested
Requirements:
4–6+ years of hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems, with recent and direct knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
Strong understanding of payroll processes, multi-state payroll, and regulatory requirements
Proven track record supporting HRIS implementations and system integrations or transitions
High attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments
