Job Responsibility:
Process full-cycle payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Handle multi-state payroll operations, adhering to all state-specific regulations
Manage payroll for a workforce ranging from 101 to 500 employees
Utilize ADP Workforce Now to maintain payroll systems and records
Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
Prepare and submit payroll reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to support payroll-related processes
Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll data
Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing full-cycle payroll processes
Familiarity with multi-state payroll operations and regulations
Experience handling payroll for medium-sized employee groups (101-500 workers)
Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll management
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
Solid understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address payroll-related issues
