Job Description:

Detail-oriented and collaborative HR professional to contribute to an international organization. The role involves payroll management, HR administration, and working in the People & Culture department at IKEA South East Europe.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and manage a comprehensive range of payroll data, ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, agreements, and Ingka Group policies
Work closely with stakeholders and co-workers to accurately and timely gather relevant information and communicate on payroll-related issues
Handle essential People & Culture data administration tasks (e.g., employment contracts, annexes) to meet all relevant timelines
Manage timekeeping systems, including making necessary corrections to ensure accuracy
Contribute to and support the implementation of new initiatives, policies, and services within the payroll function

Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively resolve issues
Proactive approach to learning and mastering new tools and information
Flexibility and ability to work and achieve results in a fast-changing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, to produce data analysis and reporting
Great written and spoken communication in English language
1 to 3 years of HR administration or payroll experience is welcome
