Job Description

Brook Street is working with a client that is seeking a Payroll Administration Officer on a Full-Time, Permanent basis. This is a fully on-site role 40 hours per week in Pontypool.

Job Responsibility

  • To support Payroll end-to-end process
  • To run weekly & monthly payroll end-to-end
  • To align employee expenses
  • To complete daily administration tasks, document verification etc.

Requirements

  • Strong IT Skills, ideally Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in similar role
  • Strong organisation skills & attention to detail
  • Payroll experience

  • Guiding the supporting Payroll Officer with tax tracking for the internationally mobile population on the DiveOps payroll
