Main Objectives: Perform end-to-end payroll processing: gross-to-net, off-cycle runs, reconciliations, and final submissions. Manage time & attendance: validate timesheets, handle approvals, review exceptions, and follow-up on missing timecards daily. Administer payroll data: employee records, deductions, taxes, bonuses, and retro pay. Prepare payroll reporting & audits: pre/post payroll checks, discrepancy resolution, and compliance adherence. Coordinate with stakeholders: HR, managers, and clients to ensure approvals and accuracy.
