Job Description

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our payroll team in Israel. The role involves working directly under the Payroll Controller, supporting the preparation and execution of payroll.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage company attendance systems (Maccano + Hibob), including procedure implementation, reporting, updating legislative changes, and addressing employee inquiries
  • Oversee employee onboarding and termination processes, including handling 161 forms
  • Process 101 forms in the Hilan system
  • Manage employee payroll deductions/reimbursements and maintain communication with pension insurance agents
  • Assist with monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, Social Sciences, or a related field – mandatory
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) at a very high level – mandatory
  • Strong systems orientation with the ability to quickly learn and work with new tools and software
  • 2–3 years of experience in administration, operations, or similar roles
  • Previous experience in a high-tech or global company – an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
