Job Description:

We are looking for a Payroll Accounting Intern in the United States for the summer. You will assist with the global payroll accounting month-end close process and gain hands-on experience in payroll accounting and GL processes. This role requires candidates to be currently enrolled in a 4-year full-time degree program and be returning to the program after completing the internship, graduating by May/June 2026.

Job Responsibility:

  • Learn about the business and gain hands-on experience
  • assist in monthly/quarterly worldwide accounting close activities
  • provide support in preparing audit requests
  • engage in continuous process improvement
  • assist with ad hoc accounting and payroll projects

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in 4-year full-time degree program
  • returning to the program after completion of the internship
  • graduating by May/June 2026
  • pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
  • basic knowledge of accounting principles and GL reconciliations
  • proficiency in Excel
  • experience with ERP is a plus

  • Collaborate with Payroll Operations, FP&A, Tax, Legal, HR and other cross-functional teams to gather data, improve processes, and support business needs

  • Identify process improvement, automation opportunities and implement solutions to help improve efficiency and reduce risk
