Payroll Accountant

• Manage recurring payroll processing for a large employee population across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring timely and accurate pay each cycle
• Use Paycor to review hours, validate payroll details, and complete weekly payroll activities for assigned groups
• Partner with restaurant managers to gather payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and confirm reporting accuracy before payroll is finalized
• Prepare spending and payroll-related reports by extracting and organizing system data for monthly client reporting needs
• Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with additional accounting tasks as business needs arise, contributing to a team-oriented work environment
• Work extensively in Excel to analyze payroll information, reconcile data, and support reporting activities
• Support payroll-related processes connected to Restaurant 365 as needed, with training provided on the system if required.

• At least 2 years of payroll experience, including hands-on responsibility for processing payroll from start to finish
• Proven proficiency with Paycor and the ability to begin contributing without formal system training
• Strong Excel skills with experience handling payroll data, reporting, and reconciliations
• Comfortable managing payroll in a high-volume environment with hourly and salaried employees
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers and internal stakeholders to gather information and resolve payroll issues
• Willingness to support cross-functional accounting work in addition to core payroll responsibilities
• Experience with multi-location or restaurant payroll operations is highly valuable.
