Tripleseat is looking for a driven and customer-focused Payments Sales Representative to join our growing Payments team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our payments product by connecting hospitality venues with tools that simplify how they collect and manage revenue. Job Responsibility:
Drive new business by identifying, prospecting, and closing sales opportunities for Tripleseat Payments
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers throughout the sales cycle
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate the value of Tripleseat Payments
Facilitate calls and emails to initiate merchant applications, guide customers through the payments activation funnel, and support new merchants through the setup of their accounts within Tripleseat software
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance metrics on a consistent basis
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity and pipeline progress within CRM tools
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates to effectively position Tripleseat Payments in the market
Other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly while empathizing with customer needs
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with a self-starter attitude and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and a consistently positive attitude
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Marketing teams
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust across teams and with prospective clients
