Job Responsibility

Payment Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Monitor customer deposits and withdrawals to ensure uptime, accuracy and speed. Identify, investigate, and resolve payment-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customers
Payment Journey Optimisation: Collaborate internally and externally to improve deposit and withdrawal experience and performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and suggest improvements to streamline payment processes
Payment Support: Provide expert assistance to customer support and payment support regarding payment issues, including transaction disputes, failed or missing payments, and general deposit and withdrawal-related inquiries
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track payment trends, monitor transaction data for anomalies, and generate reports to help optimise payment strategies. Analyse payment success rates, transaction volume, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
Vendor & Partner Management: Liaise with third-party payment processors and service providers to resolve issues, and ensure high deposit and withdrawal acceptance rates
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and implement process improvements, both within the team and in collaboration with other departments, to improve payment processing efficiency and customer satisfaction
Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain documentation for payment processing workflows, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures. Train new team members on payment systems and processes
