We are looking for a Payments Manager, Latam to lead payment strategy, execution, and partner management across Latin America. This role is responsible for driving payment performance, reducing fraud and chargebacks, optimizing cost of payments, and enabling new payment capabilities across highly complex and fast‑growing LATAM markets. This role requires deep payments expertise, strong cross‑functional leadership, and the ability to operate effectively across regions, cultures, and regulatory environments.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • 7+ years of experience in payments, financial services, fintech, e‑commerce, or related domains
  • Hands‑on experience with card payments, acquirers/processors, fraud management, and chargebacks
