Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in payment processing or banking support
  • Experience handling bank transactions and payment processing
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers while resolving sensitive account concerns
  • Familiarity with credit-related processes such as credit applications or credit approvals
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues in a calm and efficient manner
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and daily processing responsibilities
