We're looking for an exceptional Payment Product Operations Specialist to join our North America Payment Operations team in Austin. This is a dynamic position where you will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Operations. You will be the architect of our scalability in the USD and CAD markets, transforming complex payment hurdles into seamless, automated systems. This isn't a traditional operations role. It's for someone who thrives in an environment of fast-paced growth and autonomy.

Job Responsibility

  • Audit USD/CAD payment routes to identify manual friction and build automation improvements
  • Act as strategic connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and Ops teams
  • Lead high-impact projects from scoping to rollout
  • Use SQL and LightDash to define and track KPIs
  • Mentor Senior Specialists
  • Serve as North American subject matter expert for payment incidents and regulatory shifts
  • Establish SLAs and KPIs for new product features

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Product Operations, Business Operations, or Process Optimization within a high-growth tech environment
  • Proficient in SQL and LightDash
  • Track record of taking mid-to-large-scale initiatives from idea to launch
  • Clear communicator
