Job Description:

Director level role responsible for leading the Services Payments product line covering Turkiye, Israel, Kazakhstan. Responsible for successful deployment and execution of global and MEA cluster Payments strategy, ensuring alignment with country Services and Payments priorities to sustain innovation and growth of payment fees. Responsible for day-to-day management of Payments delivery, capabilities, client experience and risk management across these geographies.

Job Responsibility:

Developing, implementing, and executing TIK Payments priorities and plans
Day-to-day management of the Payments business including ownership of the P&L
Responsibility for client experience and resolving issues
Ensure deep understanding of market and competitive landscape
Developing investment case across TIK
Developing strong client-centric orientation
Working on business strategy forward looking view on competitive gaps
Focus on client revenues and revenue growth initiatives
Recruiting, retaining, and training & developing talent
Ensuring focus on Risk, documentation and Compliance
Ensuring business governance framework is effective
Ensuring visibility and interface with key regulators
Focus on all risk items with key focus on processing risk
Evaluating both organic and inorganic opportunities of growth
Developing response to increasing digitization of the industry
Ensuring on-going transfer of expertise
Ensuring visibility in the marketplace

Requirements:

15+ years of experience
10 years' managerial experience
Knowledge of geographical industry players and ecosystem
Excellent communication skills
Solid knowledge of regulations, regulatory & market practices and bank operations
