Job Responsibility

Review, verify, and post financial and insurance‑related payments into the accounting or billing system
Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in the correct accounts
Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial activity
Identify discrepancies in payments, adjustments, or insurance remittances and resolve issues promptly
Research posting errors and work with internal teams or external partners to correct entries
Maintain detailed posting logs, spreadsheets, and reporting documents
Communicate with billing, finance, insurance carriers, or internal departments as needed
Prepare Excel reports using formulas, pivot tables, filters, and data validation tools
Support month‑end closing processes
Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and financial controls
