Payment Integration Manager

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinating the full cycle of payment solution integration — from product request to production launch
  • Organizing collaboration between Product, Billing, Development, Legal, and external payment partners
  • Coordinating the onboarding of new payment providers and launching new payment scenarios
  • Ensuring payment infrastructure readiness for product launches
  • Managing the process of opening MIDs, payment accounts, and completing required verifications
  • Overseeing the implementation and testing of checkout and payment flows
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, dependencies, and blockers during the integration process
  • Maintaining and improving documentation, checklists, and internal payment onboarding processes
  • Working on standardizing and scaling the payment integration process across the company

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in roles such as Integration Manager, Payment Product Manager, Payment Delivery Manager, or related fields
  • Understanding of the payment ecosystem: PSP, Acquirers, Payment Orchestrators, MID structure, Subscription Billing
  • Hands-on experience with Chargebacks, Refunds, and Routing approaches
  • Experience coordinating integration processes across multiple teams and external partners
  • Basic understanding of the technical side of integrations: API, Webhooks, Checkout Flows, Environment Configuration
  • Experience working with technical teams and the ability to effectively communicate between business and technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
  • Experience integrating third-party services and working with APIs
  • Experience with Git and modern development practices
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions without constant oversight
  • Proactive mindset: willingness to suggest improvements, new approaches, and tools

  • Experience working at FinTech companies
  • Experience working with Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Experience launching and scaling payment onboarding processes
