Job Description:

Payment Control Implementation SME Lead Analyst responsible for multiple activities within Controls capabilities such as assessment & design, MCA, QA, Monitoring & Testing, Issue Management and/or Governance Reporting & Analysis for effective end to end oversight, design, implementation, and execution of controls. Individuals develop, implement and lead specific oversight processes within Payment Controls.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the oversight of the effectiveness of existing controls
  • Help drive and manage controls enhancements focused on increasing efficiency and reducing risk
  • Assist in the execution of Enterprise Risk Management Framework and adherence with Risk Management and Compliance Policies
  • Help assess activities and processes as per required Policies, Standards and Procedures
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive action plans to address identified control gaps or failures
  • Support development of standardized process, activity or metrics reporting
  • Participate in the oversight of the operations of Citi's governance committees, forums or working groups

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in operational risk management, operations, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions in the financial services industry
  • Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls
  • Strong knowledge in the development and execution for controls or control type processes
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainable solutions and improving processes
  • Understanding of compliance laws, rules, regulations, and best practices
  • Understanding of Citi's Policies, Standards, and Procedures preferred
  • Strong data analytical skills to evaluate complex risk and control activities and processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage at the senior management level
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Bachelor's/University degree or relevant experience
