We are seeking an experienced Payment BSA to join our team in Toronto, ON for an onsite full-time role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and improving payment systems and processes to support business operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Job Responsibility:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payment systems
Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
Support the design and implementation of payment processes, workflows, and system enhancements
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate payment system functionality
Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance
Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and reports
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage change requests
Requirements:
Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in payments or banking
Knowledge of payment processing systems, ACH, wire transfers, and card networks
Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Nice to have:
Experience with banking core systems and payment platforms
Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in payments
Experience with workflow automation and process improvement initiatives
