Job Description

We're building a new healthcare clearinghouse. Stedi is the world's only programmable healthcare clearinghouse. By offering modern API interfaces alongside traditional real-time and batch EDI processes, we enable both healthcare technology businesses and established players to exchange mission-critical transactions. Job Responsibility

  • Analyze data to make high velocity decisions on how and where to route traffic
  • Build internal tooling to streamline payer onboarding, payer routing and mapping, and data synchronization across internal applications
  • Handle payer and clearinghouse-related incidents, from escalating directly to payers to sounding internal alarms and diving into root causes
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to advance our roadmap for internal applications, as well as external payer-related products and APIs

Requirements

  • Ample experience integrating with APIs, building tools, and working with data
  • Familiar with REST/SOAP APIs and have hands-on experience building integrations to backend systems and applications
  • Experience building internal tools, running queries, and manipulating data
  • Exceptional at staying on top of many open threads simultaneously
  • Hyper-responsive, organized, and thorough
  • Experience in externally facing roles
  • Experience in client-facing roles
  • ideally within consulting, technical support, implementation and onboarding, or solutions engineering roles
  • Systems mindset
  • Resourceful, self-motivating, self-disciplined
  • Ability to move quickly and match organizational pace
