Job Description:

Join our Employee Expense Processing Operations Team in Budapest. The team is responsible for supporting Citi business partners across EMEA by handling reimbursable business expenses, ensuring compliance with Citi Expense Management policy. Key tasks include processing employee expense claims, maintaining service levels, ensuring compliance, responding to queries, and participating in relevant projects and initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Quality and timely settlement of all CTE employee expense claims
Maintain service levels to customers, evidenced by KPIs
Ensure that employee expenses processed are compliant to Citigroup policies and procedures, and relevant external requirements
Ensure that accuracy and correctness of expense elements are always checked before processed
Respond to customer service and supplier inquiries and clarify requirements and provide information as needed, properly handle or forward escalations further
Meet all audit guidelines and ensure adherence to Citi process and procedures
Participation will be required in key projects, programs and initiatives to support the goals and objectives of the SCO organization

Requirements:

Quick learner
Problem solving skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Intermediate command of MS Suite
Integrity & Ethics
Proven ability to interact effectively with diverse cultures and background
