Job Responsibility

Serve as the first escalation point for all PAXUS-related queries
Own the relationship with PFS-PAXUS Support
Triage system issues
Establish and lead a structured internal PAXUS SME group
Design and deliver training programmes
Maintain a training library and knowledge base
Define and enforce standards for how PAXUS should be used
Conduct periodic reviews of how teams are using the platform
Communicate best practice guidance
Lead UAT for all PAXUS system builds, upgrades, and new functionality releases
Define test scenarios, manage defect logging, and sign off on releases
Identify and deliver automation opportunities within PAXUS
Work with operations teams to document current manual workflows
Track and measure efficiency gains
Partner with business and operational leads as new processes are introduced
Translate business requirements into clear system specifications
Maintain a structured and prioritised log of PAXUS enhancement requests
Engage with PFS-PAXUS on the product roadmap
Provide specialist oversight on PAXUS configuration for complex fund structures
Lead system configuration for new fund launches, investor onboardings, and fund conversions
Act as the final review authority on fund setups
Work with owners of other internal and external systems to establish data flows and integrations
Define and document integration requirements
Ensure connectivity initiatives are tested thoroughly
Work on the design of operational solutions and end-to-end workflows within PAXUS
Ensure system-led processes are designed with scalability, controls, and auditability in mind
Contribute to the development and maintenance of PAXUS-related policies, procedures, and operational documentation
Support firm-wide continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in internal governance forums and contribute to audit, compliance, and risk management activities

Requirements

Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience with PFS-PAXUS within a fund administration environment
Deep operational knowledge of fund accounting and/or transfer agency functions
Demonstrated experience supporting complex fund structures
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
Familiarity with FATCA/CRS data requirements and how they manifest in PAXUS workflows
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, methodical approach to issue resolution

Nice to have

Experience leading or coordinating UAT for system upgrades or new platform releases
Exposure to PAXUS system configuration, module setup, or administration
Experience delivering internal training programmes or developing operational documentation
Familiarity with system integration concepts and data mapping between fund administration platforms
A degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline is advantageous but not required
