Job Responsibility

Safely transport pediatric patients to and from medical appointments and hospital procedures

Monitor patients’ condition during transit and promptly report concerns to medical staff
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-functioning vehicle at all times
Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, families, and hospital staff
Accurately document transportation services and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
Follow all traffic laws, hospital policies, and safe driving practices
Collaborate with medical staff and transportation coordinators to ensure timely, efficient service
