Job Description:

Are you someone who loves helping others and thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment? If so, you might be just the person we’re looking for to join our Patient Support Team at Invigorate Health & Performance!

Job Responsibility:

Delivering exceptional customer service and being the first point of contact for clients
Answering incoming calls, managing bookings, and providing support to patients
Assisting with social media and marketing tasks
Managing data entry, scanning, and other administrative duties
Keeping the clinic environment clean and welcoming
Conducting stocktakes and managing product inventory
Overseeing schedule management and ensuring smooth operations

Requirements:

bright, bubbly, and motivated individual with a passion for helping people
Experience is welcome but not required
