Job Description

You will coordinate patient support program (PSP) activities in Mexico to help patients access care and services. You will work with cross-functional GSK teams, third-party service providers and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth program delivery and strong patient experience. Job Responsibility

  • Maintain compliant program governance across PSP and HSS activities, ensuring adherence to policies, SOPs and local regulations, and retain comprehensive program files/evidence for audits and regulatory review
  • Develop and localize patient- and physician-facing materials in line with Copy Approval and patient/physician journey insights, focused on usability and satisfaction
  • Manage materials inventory and distribution to enrolled physicians and the field team to ensure adequate, compliant supply levels
  • Support program strategy and improvement by benchmarking industry best practice and proposing patient‑centered enhancements
  • Oversee third‑party and contractual management: reconcile deliverables vs. contracted services/payments, ensure billing and contract alignment, execute onboarding/expansion admin (POs, renewals) and escalate issues
  • Maintain vendor and risk records in TPRM/SAP, manage CAPA mitigation, ensure third‑party training/certifications (and remediation), and liaise with Medical, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Sales for integrated delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, nursing, life sciences, public health, social work, or related field
  • Experience coordinating vendors related to patient services
  • Budget Management
  • Strong verbal and written Spanish and intermediate skills in English
  • Resilient, attention to detail, creativity in problem-solving, process-oriented, stakeholder management
