Consistently and independently documents patient observation data on the Close Observation Supervision Record
Reports maintenance needs
Utilizes universal precautions
Gives accurate report to oncoming shift
Provides patient with explanations as necessary but does not counsel or provide opinions
Escorts patients when leaving the unit for activities and scheduled tests
Demonstrates the ability to set limits for patients and other de-escalation techniques.
