Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Patient Services Representative to provide exceptional support to patients while ensuring smooth operations of the clinic. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for patient care.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and check in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
Schedule and manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and reminders
Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and provide information regarding services
Maintain accurate patient records in electronic health systems (EHR/EMR)
Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure timely patient flow
Assist with insurance verification, billing questions, and payment processing as needed
Support patient referrals and follow-up care coordination
Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3 years of experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare administrative role
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
