Job Description:

The Patient Services Rep I provides patient-families with a positive experience at CHLA by performing clerical tasks primarily associated with answering incoming calls, registration, and patient check-in/out procedures, collection of patient co-pay or deductibles, insurance verifications, scheduling and verifying patient appointments.

Requirements:
