Job Responsibility

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails to process patient orders and resolve queries
  • Activate new patients onto the service and coordinate deliveries in line with requirements
  • Accurately enter prescriptions and instructions into the Patient Management System
  • Process patient orders, including chargeable items, in line with prescriptions
  • Manage collections and returns within required timeframes
  • Maintain accurate records, including tracking, filing, and archiving documentation
