We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Services Advisor to join our Front of House team based in Hemel Hempstead. You will join us on a weekend, part-time - working 13 hours (Saturday 07:45 - 16:15 and Sunday 08:45 - 13:15), permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.
Job Responsibility
To welcome visitors and patients to OSH and to assist them in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional, in a courteous, efficient and effective way
Maintain a visible presence and be pro-active in communicating with patients, doctors, consultants, and other members of the clinic team
To undertake a variety of administrative duties including those associated with billing and payments, to ensure the smooth running of the clinic
Requirements
Good standard of general education with GCSE (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics
Experience of working in a public reception environment and managing face to face communications with patients/members of the public
Good numeracy, keyboard and computer skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
