We are looking for an experienced Patient Service Representative to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. Job Responsibility:
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, typically ranging from 60 to 80 calls daily
Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
Accurately input and update patient information through data entry systems
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits efficiently
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and patient satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience in patient scheduling and registration processes
Strong customer service skills, preferably in a healthcare or call center environment
Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
Proficiency in data entry and working with scheduling systems
