Job Responsibility
Coordinate patient appointments efficiently, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely follow-up for changes or cancellations
Welcome and assist patients throughout the registration process while confirming demographic and insurance information
Respond to incoming calls with a courteous, solutions-focused approach and direct inquiries to the appropriate department when needed
Provide front-line support for patient service needs, helping resolve routine concerns and questions in a detail-oriented manner
Maintain accurate records in scheduling and registration systems to support smooth daily operations
Communicate clearly with clinical and administrative teams to help align patient appointments and service requests
Monitor appointment details closely to reduce errors and improve the overall patient access experience
Requirements
Experience supporting patient scheduling, registration, or related healthcare administrative functions
Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist patients in a respectful and empathetic manner
Prior exposure to call center or high-volume phone support environments
Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately while working in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable using computer systems for appointment coordination, data entry, and patient record updates
Clear verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients and internal teams
