Job Responsibility

  • Greet patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient registration experience
  • Collect, verify, and update patient demographic, insurance, and billing information
  • Accurately enter patient data into registration systems and maintain confidentiality
  • Answer patient questions related to appointments and billing processes

Requirements
