Job Responsibility

Provide a warm and trauma-informed patient experience during registration and check-out
Accurately collect, verify, and upload necessary documentation
Confirm insurance coverage, calculate patient charges, and review benefit-related information with patients, including Primary Care Provider (PCP) changes
Gather and report demographic data to health plans as required
Schedule patient appointments and follow up to request consultation notes when necessary
Ensure transportation logistics are coordinated effectively and assist with operating the mobile medical van when required
Manage assorted paperwork and maintain a well-organized registration process
Monitor and replenish essential office and medical supplies as needed
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
