Job Description:

Join a fast-paced healthcare team where empathy, professionalism, and dependability matter most. We are currently hiring entry-level Patient Registration Representatives for multiple hospital campuses and emergency departments throughout the Birmingham, AL area. These are full-time, on-site roles supporting critical front-line operations in a healthcare setting.

Job Responsibility:

Welcome and register patients in a professional, compassionate manner
Collect and verify demographics, insurance information, and documentation
Utilize hospital systems such as Epic or Cerner to enter data accurately
Coordinate with internal departments to support patient flow
Support team members and step in during high-volume times

Requirements:

Strong attendance history and punctuality
Ability to stand and walk 90% of each shift
Completed and positive reference check required before offer

Nice to have:

Customer service or hospitality experience
Healthcare experience is a plus
