Job Description:

We’re looking for hospitality-minded, customer-first professionals to bring their energy and people skills to a hospital setting as Patient Registration Representatives. No medical experience needed. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, collecting and entering information, managing patient flow, and delivering high-level customer service in a medical setting.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and check in patients at hospital or ER entrances
Collect and enter personal, insurance, and scheduling information
Use internal systems (training provided) to manage patient flow
Stay calm and professional during busy and sensitive situations
Deliver high-level customer service in a medical setting

Requirements:

Friendly, professional, and reliable
Strong customer service or hospitality background
Can stand and walk up to 90% of the shift
Punctual and committed to great attendance
Open to different shifts — days, nights, or weekends available
Willing to provide a reference from a recent supervisor

Nice to have:

Experience in high-volume environments
Working knowledge of customer databases or POS systems
Any familiarity with hospital or office systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
