Job Description:

Trained in the delivery of client services relating to patient monitoring programs. Liaise between patients, health care professionals and other external stakeholders to undertake patient monitoring and support activities. Store and maintain the integrity of documentation, abide by privacy laws, identify and report suspected adverse events and product quality complaints. Work on a patient program which provides diversity and challenge. Full-time hybrid work model, working with our Australian-based team, servicing the projects according to the Australian time zone. During the training period you will work 6 am to 3 pm. Once you have completed all training requirements, including Quality Control, you can then switch back according to Philippines working hours from 9 am to 6 pm.

Job Responsibility:

  • Patient Programs phone line and email coverage
  • Detect and report Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints
  • Manage Patient Programs as defined in project-specific documents
  • Data entry and Quality Control
  • Perform reconciliation with clients and applicable partners
  • Interact with customers as needed (e.g. meetings, client visits, day to day case processing, etc.)
  • Complete monthly/quarterly metrics and Key Performance Indicators in Excel spreadsheets
  • Support the Program Manager or Team Lead with all necessary information related to the specific project/program, as needed
  • Writing/Review of procedural documents such as Working Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, Working Procedures, Templates etc. for PharmaLex Cencora Patient Program projects
  • Program Management Support
  • Training new colleagues in relevant tasks
  • Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits/inspections
  • Take over primary listed tasks and responsibilities in other service lines, project management activities as client contact point and additional reasonable tasks that align with their abilities, qualification and training, if required

Requirements:

  • Professional education or University degree in Life Science, preferably Nursing or Health Science related
  • At least 2 years in a health-oriented role or health science related discipline

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
