Job Responsibility:

  • Generate high-quality leads by executing community events and conducting localized outreach within the Medicare senior community
  • Identify and convert leads through cold calling, digital channels, and referrals from the broader outreach team
  • Persistently engage prospective patients via email, phone, and face-to-face networking to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Stay current on service updates, marketing initiatives, and organizational workstreams through active participation in team briefings
  • Partner with Community Relationship Managers (CRMs) and Outreach leadership to align on lead generation strategies and Insurance Agent (IA) partnerships
  • Meticulously document all customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM and internal business systems
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clinical teams and new patients to ensure a seamless transition into our care
  • Address and resolve prospect concerns or complaints with empathy, ensuring a positive first impression of Oak Street Health
  • Maintain consistent touchpoints with prospects to foster trust and long-term community presence

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in Sales or Healthcare environments
  • Proven ability to cold call, manage digital lead channels, and influence key stakeholders
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Skilled at navigating external barriers and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Flexibility to work weekends for community events and patient engagement
  • US work authorization

Nice to have:

  • Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google Suite
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and/or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software is a plus
  • Fluency in another language is not required, but is a plus when it comes to connecting with our diverse patient communities
