Job Description:

The Patient Family Education (PFE) Program Assistant is responsible for the business services and program support activities in the Family Resource Center. The PFE Program Assistant provides patients families and team members with a positive experience including but not limited to greeting families, answering calls, PFE program referral management, class support and facilitating access to technology, community and hospital resources.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of related experience
  • Medical front office experience preferred
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to deal effectively with the public
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Associate degree from an accredited school, or an equivalent combination of related education and experience

Nice to have:

Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
