Patient Family Education Program Assistant

• Responsible for the business services and program support activities in the Family Resource Center
• Provides patients families and team members with a positive experience including but not limited to greeting families, answering calls, PFE program referral management, class support and facilitating access to technology, community and hospital resources

• 1+ year of related experience
• Medical front office experience preferred
• Excellent telephone manner and ability to deal effectively with the public
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Associate degree from an accredited school, or an equivalent combination of related education and experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
