Job Description:

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Full-Time, Remote Patient Dining- CBORD Manager for the Cleveland Clinic hospitals in Ohio. This position will maintain the CBORD patient menu ordering platform and support patient dining operations at 7 hospitals across Ohio.

Job Responsibility:

  • Makes daily, weekly and quarterly updates in CBORD patient menu system including building new menu items, patient diets, food allergen tagging, and nutrition information
  • Conducts review of all menu items and nutrition information quarterly for compliance
  • Maintains CBORD floor stock system and updates as necessary
  • Creates and analyzes patient dining reports on regular basis
  • Troubleshoots patient dining issues on an ongoing basis
  • Collaborates with diet office, dietitians, food service managers and hospital administration
  • Reviews patient dining policies quarterly and makes suggestions for updates as required
  • Visits hospital locations quarterly to conduct audits, training and updates with the food service teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics or similar field
  • Active Registered Dietitian credential with CDR required
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive acute care or long term care experience in food service operations required
  • Strong working knowledge of patient dining software
  • CBORD knowledge highly preferred
  • Solid computer proficiency with IT programs and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills for various groups including hospital administration
