Job Responsibility:
Welcoming and supporting patients with queries in person, via phone and email
Coordinating appointments and managing busy patient schedules
Answering queries and providing information about the services
Maintaining accurate patient records and managing administrative tasks
Contacting prospective patients, who have enquired about the services
Requirements:
Customer service experience is necessary
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanour
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive working attitude and a passion for helping others
