Job Responsibility

Assist patients with scheduling, telehealth services, and general inquiries about their care plans and Allara’s offerings
Offer personalized assistance, helping patients navigate their healthcare journey with compassion and professionalism
Ensure accuracy in relaying patient information between providers, patients, and internal teams
Stay informed about Allara’s clinical and operational workflows and processes to provide seamless patient support
