In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, managing their critical urology supply needs. This is a specialized role where providing exceptional service means building positive, trusting relationships with patients.. Your primary duties include data entry tasks, completing forms, phone calls and emails to patients, Insurance and Hospital staff, placing orders, and proactively making necessary outbound calls. You will be responsible for providing timely follow-up, addressing inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules. Job Responsibility:

  • Providing exceptional service by building positive, professional relationships with patients, Doctors, Nurses and Insurance Agents
  • Managing data entry, phone calls and emails, and proactively making outbound calls to patients for necessary follow-up throughout the order process
  • Providing timely follow up regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery of urology supplies
  • Effectively communicating with customers over phone and email in both English and French would be a strong asset
  • Identifying customer needs and determining the appropriate course of action
  • Accurately processing orders and taking payments over the phone
  • Helping customers navigate and understand complex insurance coverage inquiries
  • Making professional product recommendations based on the patient's best end use
  • Collecting general information (DOB, insurance) from patients and ensuring the client database is updated and maintained

Requirements:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Quebecois
  • Soft Skills: An outgoing, bubbly personality, and a high degree of initiative and proactivity
  • Customer Focus: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and manage patient relationships
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively with limited specific instructions
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred, or comfort with basic anatomy (urology/catheters)
  • Experience with NetSuite or other accounting/ERP programs would be an asset
  • Ability to effectively communicate and deal with a variety of patients, including elderly individuals
  • Effectively communicating with customers over phone and email in both English and French would be a strong asset
