Patient Catering Manager – Healthcare, London Salary: £50,000 40 hours per week | 5 days over 7 Join Our Team as a Patient Catering Manager We are looking for an experienced and motivated Patient Catering Manager to join our team at a Hospital. This full-time role (40 hours per week, 5 days over 7) offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient catering services within a busy healthcare environment. Job Responsibility

  • Manage Operations: Oversee the effective and efficient delivery of high-quality patient catering services across the contract
  • Build Client Relationships: Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and ensure expectations are consistently exceeded
  • Plan Resources: Allocate and plan resources strategically to ensure first-class service delivery
  • Lead Teams: Recruit, train, develop, and manage team members to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold all company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements
  • Manage Finances: Meet financial targets with a strong commercial approach, managing both income and cost objectives

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Strong background in Soft FM management, ideally within healthcare or a similar environment
  • Leadership: Inspiring leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse teams
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Interpersonal Skills: Confidence in liaising with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels
  • Results-Driven Mindset: A focus on quality, efficiency, and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Compliance Knowledge: Sound understanding of company policies, procedures, and client agreements
  • IT Skills: Proficient use of MS Office and email systems
