Patient Care Coordinator

• responding to patient inquiries via phone in a friendly and informative manner
• acting as a primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their journey
• booking surgical appointments and consultations efficiently
• managing invoicing processes for deposits and balances
• ensuring patient needs are met during their visits
• coordinating essential items such as glasses for patients
• accurately updating patient records in the database
• contributing to a supportive and collaborative clinic environment
• performing administrative tasks at the end of each day
• meeting monthly targets and KPIs to support clinic success

• 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles
• 2 years' sales experience, ideally in consumer services, with a track record of meeting KPIs
• strong verbal and written communication skills
• proficiency in clerical and administrative tasks using computers
• familiarity with simple database applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and the Internet
• some post-secondary education
• excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
• exceptional customer service abilities
