We’re seeking a compassionate and organized Patient Care Coordinator to streamline patient journeys and support healthcare delivery. As the central liaison, you will manage scheduling, facilitate communication, and ensure a seamless experience for patients and providers.
Job Responsibility:
Answer calls and greet patients in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
Coordinate intake, scheduling, referrals, and discharge
Communicate care updates and handle patient inquiries
Maintain EHRs and patient documentation
Manage insurance verification and billing inquiries
Follow up with patients to assess satisfaction and outcomes
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in patient care coordination or medical front office
Proficient in EHR, medical terminology, and Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational, communication, and empathy skills
